Rise with the sun
6:30 - 7:30 am
Gentle stretches and flowing sequences to clear stagnant energy and rejuvenate the body
Ayurvedic breakfast; fresh fruits, such as papaya, passionfruit, banana, pomegranate
Ayurvedic Body Work
Guests will have a morning appointment each day, with time before or after to rest, walk, meet with the doctor, read, & relax. Ayurvedic treatments are tailored to the individual including abhyanga massage, oil bath, deep tissue massage, Shirodhara, eye treatments, etc.
Vegetarian lunch of salad, chapati, dahl
30 minute personalized healing sessions
Teatime in the garden
5 - 6 pm
Ayurvedic cooking class, lecture, afternoon walk, temple visits, local market visit, and more!
6 - 6:30 PM
Daily meditation practice led by John in the yoga hall
Ayurvedic vegetarian meal of steamed veggies, soup, and rice
7:30 - 8:30 pm
Drum story, Kirtan, Yoga Nidra, fireside open mic
Suggested bedtime so you get a sound night of sleep before the next wonderful day
